Please notify the Certification Office for Veterans Affairs of any changes immediately by submitting the form below. Changes in enrollment after the last day to drop/add courses may result in the recoupment of stipends or allowances as seen fit by the US Department of Veterans Affairs.
However, the US Department of Veteran Affairs may approve mitigating circumstances involved in the change, if properly notified. For this reason, we ask that the Certification Office for Veterans Affairs be notified of any and all changes in enrollment.
