The California Association of Colleges and Nursing is pleased to announce up to two $2000 in scholarships for graduate nursing students who are in or preparing for the role of nurse educator. Click here to review details on the scholarship and how to apply.

Kaiser Permanente seeks to enhance and support nurses who are in the nursing profession with financial assistance to complete their nursing education.  The awards range from $1,000 to $3,000 and maybe completed here.  For requirements and more information, click here. The scholarship offers $2500 for students in the nursing program. A scholarship is available to applicants who live in the area served by the Lakewood Regional Medical Center (Lakewood, Bellflower, Paramount, Downey, Compton, Cerritos, Cypress, Signal Hills, Artesia, Hawaiian Gardens, Norwalk, Seal Beach, Beach) and enrolled in the School of Nursing.  For applications and instructions on the scholarship, click here




Financial Aid

Honors in the Major - Nursing

An undergraduate student may be a candidate for graduation with Honors in Nursing provided he or she meets the following criteria.

1) Completed a minimum of 36 graded units in residence at California State University -Dominguez Hills.

2) Achieved a minimum California State University Dominguez Hills GPA of 3.85 or greater.

3) Received the recommendation and approval by the Full-time faculty of the School of Nursing.
