Does my access to email change?
No. Nothing changes. All users will access their email the same way they do today.
You should not need to change your mobile device configuration. If you encounter problems on your IPAD, IPHONE or Android devices please see attached instructions on how to resolve the problem.
The email that is archived on you PC can be copied into the new email system. Contact the helpdesk and open a ticket and a technician will contact you to perform the task.
The graphical interface is still the same as 2010, however there are new features. We encourage you to take the training provided on lynda.com. Instructions for the training can be found in our online support guide [PDF].
