Enterprise Content Management (ECM) is provided through Hyland OnBase.  Simple scan, index, store and retrieve documents which provides Streamline workflow and business processes, delivers key capabilities for versioning control and electronic signatures and help with Regulatory Compliance.

CSUDH I.T. is pleased to announce a pilot program of Dropbox Business, which is a file collaboration and storage platform. As this is a pilot program, we have a limited number of licenses for faculty, staff, and student organizations. If you are currently using Dropbox and would like to be considered as part of this pilot program, please contact the I.T. Project Management Office (it.pmo@csudh.edu) to see if we can accommodate your request.

Dropbox Business offers unlimited storage for the pilot group of faculty/staff and 50GB of storage for pilot group of student organizations, Campus account logins, and convenient access via Windows, Mac OS, Android, iOS, Linux, and mobile using any web browser.

How do I set up my Dropbox account?

If you have received an e-mail invitation to join our CSUDH Dropbox Business account, simply accept the invitation and follow the screen prompts. You may find further instructions via the Dropbox End User Guide at: https://www.dropbox.com/guide/business

I already have a personal* Dropbox account with my csudh.edu email address.

That's OK. If you have created a personal Dropbox account using your csudh.edu e-mail address, all you need to do is: 

1) Accept the Dropbox Business e-mail invitation you'll receive for your new account
2) Confirm that you want your files in your new Dropbox Business account and sign in.

* If you already have a paid Pro account, you will be reimbursed for the remainder of your contract when you join the Dropbox Business team. If you have any questions about reimbursement, please contact support@dropox.com.

Please Note:

All links, permissions, and passwords from your previous personal Dropbox account will remain as they were set up. The sign in and connect process for these devices is similar to the web version and the file and folder views will be the same.

Account Info:

If your personal Dropbox account already uses your @csudh.edu email address, you will have the option of migrating these files to a new personal account using a different email address (@gmail.com, for example), or migrating these files to your CSUDH Dropbox Business account. If you were using your CSUDH email as your personal account, you should inform your non-work collaborators of your new email address, as anything shared in the future with your CSUDH email will end up in your CSUDH Dropbox Business account.

Will everyone on my team receive a Dropbox Business invitation?

We are currently sending out the invitations to a selected pilot group of users, with the plan to invite more users over time.
