PMO

The I T Project Management Office offers consulting services on campus projects with I T components. This helps ensure that the proper infrastructure is in place, the technology is appropriate for the type of usage, the technology will be supported and what type of training would be available. Campus users who wish to schedule a consultation meeting should contact the I. T. PM Office.

Conference Rooms

I T offers consulting services on presentation/collaboration technology for conference rooms. Basic support for desktop computers and audio/display equipment can be requested through a helpdesk ticket.

Department Computer Labs

I T offers consulting services on technology for department computer labs. Basic support for department computer labs can be requested through a helpdesk ticket

Enterprise System Support

I T offers technical backend support for enterprise applications and systems. Backend support is comprised of assistance in installation and connectivity to existing systems, there is no frontend user support. Touchnet and College Scheduler are examples of backend supported systems.
