The Facility Project Supervisors manage campus projects related to Minor Capital Outlay - deferred maintenance, renewal, energy savings, and other projects performed by State Employees Trades Council (SETC) trades or outside contractors under the supervision of the Facilities Services Trades Manager. These can include building structures, roof system replacements, carpet installation, or the oversight of vendors to service the campus fire alarm, sprinkler systems, fire suppression systems, security alarms, and automatic doors, etc.
