Center for Urban Environmental Research (The CUER)

The CUER is an interdisciplinary center coordinating, supporting and expanding urban environmental activities at California State University Dominguez Hills. Activities include an Environmental Science Masters Degree, Interdisciplinary Research, and an Environmental Educational Pipeline from pre-college to the Ph.D.

CUER resources include:

  • Soil and water testing kits
  • Global positioning system (GPS) equipment
  • Topographic and demographic data

Radiometer and aerial imagery:

  • Weather station
  • Binoculars, 2-way radios
  • Video equipment
  • Zodiac Futurainflatable, motor and trailer
