Step 1: Make sure all your results have been retrieved.
Step 2: Go to the Class Search Results Bar (located where your list of results begin) and scroll to the far right of it.
Step 3: Next to the word "find" is the Excel icon .
Step 4: The functionality does not work if your pop-up blocker is on. Temporarily turn off your pop-up blocker by holding down the Ctrl key while you click on the Excel icon .
Step 5: You should recieve a message for File Download "Do you want to open or save this file?" like the one below:
Step 6: You can either Click on the Open button to view your results in Excel or Click on the Save button to save the results as an Excel file.
Step 7: Click on the File menu on the top left hand corner and select the "Print" option.
You can also print from the page by following these instructions:
Step 1: Click on the File menu on the top left hand corner and select the "Print Preview" option. This will bring you to the page.
Step 2: Go to the paper icons on the top left hand corner and click on the landscape icon .
Step 3: Make sure the middle drop-down menus at the top look like this (1 Page View, Only the selected frame, and Shrink To Fit):
Step 4: Click on the Print icon at the top left hand corner. This will print the results listed on the page in landscape.
Step 5: Go back the web page and scroll down or click on the arrow to see more results (if any). Repeat the steps for printing to print the additional results.
