Biography

Jian-yu (Fisher) Ke, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Information Systems & Operations Management at the California State University Dominguez Hills. He received his Ph.D. in supply chain management from University of Maryland, College Park, MD and an MBA degree from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA and was a fellow of the Advanced Study Program at M.I.T., Cambridge, MA. He had worked for DHL as a research and planning manager for seven years. His recent publications were published by International Journal of Physical Distribution and Logistics Management and Transportation Journal and his research interests have focused on the impact of macroeconomic factors such as fuel costs and globalization on supply chains.
