Meet with undeclared or undecided CSUDH students, and provide information about your academic

program to help them explore majors and minors. Take advantage of this opportunity to showcase your department's faculty, advisors, and students at CSUDH's first ever Major & Minor Fair!

If your department would like to have a table at the Major & Minor Fair, please complete the registration by Friday, January 29th. Only departments who complete the registration form before the deadline will be guaranteed a table.

Spring Job Fairs Job Fair at CSUDH

Meet with CSUDH students in all majors for career positions, part-time jobs, and internships. All Spring Job Fairs will take place at Loker Student Union. 

Spring Job & Internship Fair 
Date: Wednesday, February 24, 2016
12pm to 3pm
Employer Registration Information (two representatives will receive one table, lunch, & parking):
  • For-Profit Employer: $375
  • Non-Profit/Government Employer: $250
  • Career Fair Sponsor: $1000
  • Additional Representative (Not applicable to sponsors. Limit 4 reps): $25
  • Late Registration Fee (begins February 15, 2016): $75

 

Education Job Fair
Date: Thursday, March 10, 2016
12pm to 4pm
Employer Registration Information (two representatives will receive one table, lunch, & parking):
  • Registration: $200
  • Career Fair Sponsor: $750
  • Additional Representative (Not applicable to sponsors. Limit 4 reps): $25
  • Late Registration Fee (begins March 4, 2016): $25

 

Part-Time & Seasonal Job Fair
Date: Tuesday, April 19, 2016
11am to 1pm
Employer Registration Information (two representatives will receive one table and parking):
  • Registration: $75 (Registration opens in March)

Recruiting Guidelines at CSUDH Recruiting Events and Job Fairs

  1. The Career Center serves the entire CSUDH student population and will not sponsor organizations that restrict consideration to specific populations, i.e., Latinos, older students, women, etc.
  2. We will not cooperate with organizations that appear to discriminate against applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, age, national origin, veteran status, sexual orientation, disability, or gender.
  3. We do not help to promote positions that require an investment of cash or other purchases by the prospective employee. The only exception to this will be necessary and appropriate personal safety clothing and gear or equivalent.
  4. At our employment fairs, eligible participants are employers offering paid employment opportunities or paid or volunteer internship opportunities. Excluded activities: recruitment for home based business/direct sales/franchise or distributorship opportunities; sale of merchandise, services or products; polling or surveying of students; fundraising or petition drives; recruitment of students for educational programs outside of CSUDH.
