As the College Coordinator of Scheduling, Anneke DeLuca is responsible for overseeing the production of the class schedule for all programs in the College, including the former summer and winter Session, as applicable. Anneke coordinates the inputting, reporting, and corrections of Schedule information into PeopleSoft (Student Administration Database) with Department Chairs, Department Administrative Staff and the Academic Affairs Schedule Coordinator. Keeps current on class schedule policies and procedures and generates various reports related to the Class Schedule for use by the Dean, Manager of Academic Resources, Department Chairs, Department Administrative Staff as needed to assist in the preparation of the Class Schedule. Anneke updates and finalizes class schedule room assignments, resolves discrepancies, and when necessary, makes recommendations to the Dean, Manager of Academic Resources, Department Chairs, Department Administrative Staff as needed regarding room assignments. When needed, provides support for staff on the proper use of PeopleSoft for scheduling input.In addition, develops various reports to assist the College administration in decision-making relative to academic program offerings and faculty assignments; and, is responsible for the maintenance of faculty information in the Faculty Affairs Database for the College.
