A. No, you cannot pay your registration fees before you register.

Q. What types of payments do you accept?
A. We accept personal checks, cash, cashier's checks, and money orders. We also accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover Card for payments.

Q. Can I pay my registration fees in installment payments?
A. Yes, you can pay your registration fees in installment payments by completing our "State University Fee Installment Payment Agreement and Application Form."

Q. Where can I find the Installment Payment Agreement?
A. The Agreement is published every Spring and Fall semester in the Schedule of Classes. The Agreement can be found online at:

Q. How do I know of I am eligible for the Installment Payment Agreement?
A. You are eligible for the Installment Payment Agreement if you do not have any outstanding obligations with the University.

Q. How many payments do I have to make if I signed the Installment Payment Agreement?
A. If you register during the Advanced Registration Period you qualify for the four payment plan. If you register during the Regular of Late Registration Periods, you qualify for the three payment plan.

Q. Can I mail my payments?
A. Yes, we do accept payments via mail. To avoid late fees please have your payment postmarked on or before the due date. Our mailing address is:

Q. What happens if my check bounces?
A. If your check bounces we will assess a $25.00 returned check fee and any other related late fees. Also, we will not accept your personal check, neither will we accept personal checks written on your behalf for a period of two academic semesters. In addition, a financial hold will be placed on your records.

A. Yes, you may.

Q. If I drop my payment in your drop box when does it get posted?
A. Drop box payments are posted the same day they are removed from the drop box. We consider the day the payment was dropped off as the date received.

Q. How long does it take to clear a financial hold?
A. Financial holds are cleared as soon as we receive and post your payment.

Q. Are you open during lunch?
A. Yes, we are open during lunch. Our hours are:
8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday (Open 6:00-7:00pm during the first 3 weeks of Fall and Spring Semesters)
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday (We close at 12:00 in Summer)
