Student Financial Services is responsible for:

  • Payment plans for student fees at the start of each term including the generation of reminder notices in advance of upcoming installments.
  • Acceptance of payments by mail or pay at my.csudh.edu as an alternative to payments in person at the Cashiers Office windows.
  • Acceptance of payments via e-check or credit card – Visa, MasterCard and Discover are all accepted forms of credit payment.

Students are fully responsible for meeting the payment deadline. Students will not receive a bill. Failure to make a full payment or establish a payment plan by the deadline may result in dis-enrollment from courses.

Students who did not apply for Financial Aid or are not meeting the Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Standards are required to pay their own fees or establish a payment plan by deadline or they may be dis-enrolled from courses. Students should check their account at my.csudh.edu

Important information regarding Student fees can be found in the Class Schedule:

Student Fee Payment Deadlines and Refund Information
Term specific fees information
Term specific refund information - pro-rata refund percentages
Western University Exchange Fees (WUE)
Employee/Dependent Fee Waivers

The CSU makes every effort to keep student costs to a minimum. Fees listed in published schedules or student accounts may need to be increased when public funding is inadequate. Therefore, CSU must reserve the right, even after initial fee payments are made, to increase or modify any listed fees, without notice, until the date when instruction for a particular semester or quarter has begun. All CSU listed fees should be regarded as estimates that are subject to change upon approval by The Board of Trustees.
